Children’s Parties* £10 per hour

*Children’s Parties Monday – Friday minimum 3 hours. Defined as an event finishing before 6pm where the majority of attendees are aged 12 and under and no alcohol is consumed.

Selling Alcohol?
If you wish to sell alcohol you need to apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) licence in plenty of time from Uttlesford DC. For full details and to apply for the notice go to: Apply for a Temporary Events Notice - Uttlesford District Council

It is illegal to sell alcohol without a TEN and it is the hirer's responsibility to apply for it!

Minimum hire is 1 hour Monday – Friday, 3 hours Saturday and Sunday, charged in hourly increments.

All payments to be made to ‘Duddenhoe End Village Hall Fund’ preferably by BACS (details available onbooking), but cheque and cash payments prior to hire are also accepted.
